Excellent location, very close to Canton Tower and Guangzhou East Railway Station.
Service was outstanding. Riel at the front desk was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a bathtub.
There's a Peet's Coffee downstairs, and we received two complimentary coffees. A special shout-out to Mia Nice for brewing such excellent coffee!
Complimentary water and fruit were available at the front desk, and the breakfast spread was extensive.
Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect and will definitely be back!

The room was spacious and the facilities were excellent. The hotel, which opened last April, had no unpleasant odor in the room. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, and the automatic flushing toilet was a particularly thoughtful touch. The location is convenient, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are good. The service was also excellent. However, the lighting system was a real pain; I just couldn't get any of the different modes to work properly and eventually gave up trying to adjust them.

This is a great hotel, I highly recommend it. CC provided excellent service, and all my requests made in advance were met. This was my second stay here. My favorite aspect remains the gym – it's spacious and very well-equipped. The rooms are also quite roomy. I also appreciated the quick food delivery by robot. The only slight disappointment was that the breakfast service felt a bit unprofessional.

The room was very new. While there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections in some small areas of the decor, there was thankfully no unpleasant renovation smell. The location is excellent, with a subway station serving three lines right nearby, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. My first trip to Guangzhou was fantastic! I was delighted by both the delicious food and beautiful sights. The location was superb, with a subway station right next door, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Taxis were also readily available. Our room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was exceptionally tasty. Overall, it was an excellent choice!

The room's hardware, overall environment, and facilities were all excellent and quite new. I'm only giving half a star for service, purely because of one particular front desk attendant.
I arrived at the hotel a little after 1 PM. There were two check-in counters; seeing a queue at one, I chose the attendant who ended up giving me the half-star service. After registering my ID, she informed me that my room wasn't ready yet and suggested I wait at the adjacent coffee shop, assuring me they would call when it was. I understood, so I went to the coffee shop to wait and charge my phone.
My booking confirmation stated check-in time was 2 PM. As I was in a hurry to get into my room to unpack some luggage before heading out again in the afternoon, I returned to the front desk at 2 PM to inquire if my room was ready. Her reply was that no rooms had been cleaned yet, I would have to wait, and she couldn't provide a specific time. This time, I waited in the lobby lounge, continuing to charge my phone. After a while, I noticed a family, who had been checking in when I made my second inquiry, already had their room cards and were heading upstairs. Just over 100 meters from Modiesha subway station, it's an easy walk to reach. Getting here from Guangzhou South Railway Station and then onward to Baiyun Airport is perfectly convenient using the subway. Overall, the location is quite good.

As a Ctrip member, I received a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. The two ladies at the front desk were exceptionally thoughtful and polite – highly appreciated.
## Cleanliness

I had a fantastic stay!
Special thanks to Eva for her warm and professional service—her positive attitude really made a difference and made me feel very welcome.
The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff throughout the property were extremely friendly and helpful.
The gym was another highlight: large, well-equipped, and perfect for a full workout.

I had a very pleasant at UrCove this weekend. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Except 2 comments. First, the air-con in the room was either too cold and cannot be adjusted to the desirable temperature. We’ve to switch on heat so the temp can stay a little higher. Second, a cockroach was found in the washroom when we went back to the room in the evening. I was impressed that the Housekeeping staff responded quickly to clean and sterilize the washroom.
I suggest hotel to pay more attention to pest control.

Would like to take this opportunity to thanks Ms Mia (芽芽)for her excellent service and support during my stay at UrCove By Hyatt Canton Tower pazhou.
I accidentally left my hp in the Didi and she did her best and even accompanied me to collect back my hp. This is service beyond her duty as a front desk officer. Thank you.
Hotel is great but, but, but can do a fresh menu for the breakfast offerings. 6 nights I stay, 6 day breakfast 95% similar. Replenish also slow for empty plates.
Overall stay is pleasant and coffee is nice.
