Check-in was quick, and the room was very clean and tidy. I really liked the scent in the room. The hotel's location is excellent, and the service was very enthusiastic. After checking out, I had some errands to run and was able to store my luggage for free, which was great.

Departure souvenir - crispy flavored cookies: These are super delicious, no preservatives, feels like they were freshly made. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with large mirrors, perfect for taking photos. The bathroom and toilet are separate (wet and dry areas). I highly recommend the lemon tea at the hotel's front desk, it's particularly good. The only drawback is that there's no place to hang clothes in the bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a peaceful, clean, and restful sleep. The breakfast area was well-maintained with good lighting and food. The service was excellent, and the staff's smiles brightened the mood. Highly recommended! ☺️

The location is excellent, making travel easy, and the staff's service was thoughtful and attentive. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

This is my second stay at this hotel, bringing my child back to school, and it's consistently excellent! The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful. I forgot to print some forms for school, and the front desk helped me out. The room is quite spacious with good natural light. Breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh ingredients. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out.

The hotel lives up to its name, feeling like a hidden gem in the city. The room's decor was very comforting and cozy, and a subtle pleasant scent greeted me as I opened the door. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I really liked the overall layout of the room. The staff were all very friendly, proactively greeting guests. The in-room phone was very useful; whenever I requested something like a band-aid, they responded quickly. Food delivery was also convenient, with robot delivery available. The hotel's amenities are also excellent, including a gym and laundry room. My only regret is not getting to try the hotel breakfast, but I saw reviews mentioning it's very rich and offers an outdoor terrace. I stayed here for a quick rest before returning to school, and I'll definitely consider this hotel again if I need a relaxing escape from campus life. They even offer a small farewell gift upon checkout, which seemed to be homemade cookies. Overall, it's truly a fantastic hotel! 👌🥹
