JI Hotel (Guangzhou Taojin Subway Station)

I had a very pleasant stay at Ji Hotel. Everything was good — the room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good and new. The only negative is that the wait time for lift is too high as the building is shared by 3other companies including offices and restaurants.

Very satisfied with our stay because our room and the public area were very clean, less than 5 minutes to metro line 2, and restaurants downstairs and near by. There were lots of little things the hotel provided. It was fun to slowly discovered them.

I really liked the hotel - the location is convenient, everything is clean and nice. I always stay here and recommend it to my friends. Unfortunately, yesterday I mistakenly entered the wrong booking date, and it was physically impossible for me to be here on the 21st since I was outside of China at that time. I asked to change the reservation and move it to the following day, but my request was denied. This was very disappointing, especially considering that I am a regular guest at this hotel. Moreover, I also brought friends with me this time - we booked 2 additional rooms for 7 days starting from August 22. They arrived today with me from Kazakhstan. I would really like the hotel management to be more loyal and considerate toward their regular guests.
