此次入住位置地理優良環境優美，是來廣州辦事的賓客們較好的選擇，特別表揚8號前台工作認真賓至如歸的熱情服務，使客人感到較好温馨的感受。
但同時，遇到了一個非常糟糕的插曲，入住時間是上午10點我與一位女伴11點就出門參加活動，一直到下午5點回來我與我的女伴是未動過床單，後洗完澡打開床單便看到如此糟糕的一幕，起初誤是打掃的阿姨工作疏忽畢竟這個地段價格低廉的酒店便不再計較重換床單就好，向另一位前台反饋情況換床單之時客房阿姨一口咬定是我與我的女伴導致的床單污漬，為此我的女伴與客房阿姨發生了非常不愉快的沖突，事後也並沒有任何工作人員以及經理來了解情況。我想作為各位名流雅士一定不想在勞累了一天後打開床單會遇到如此糟糕的情況，希望酒店客房服務部還是需要抓好嚴格的衞生管理才會讓賓客們感到賓至如歸

The location was great as it was easy to find and there are so many small local restaurants around the hotel. The staff was nice and professional. The lobby was decorative with legendary movie's collaterals. Ordering items to be delivered to the hotel was didn't go missing and the guests there are decent enough to enjoy our family trip.
