It is good if you are a light sleeper as there are many announcement in the airport, which makes sleeping a bit noisy. But it is good to for a quick nap, if you have a few hours to while away. if you have a large bag, it will be a problem too as there is only space underneath the armchair near the leg to place your bag. I’ve got a cabin size bag and if it’s in nicely.
