The business king room was very small and not the room type shown in the promotional video. Apparently, there are many types of business rooms, and the one advertised had a window that couldn't open. If you're only staying to see a concert, go ahead and book it. The window wouldn't close after I opened it, and it got really cold in the middle of the night. A staff member came up promptly to help close the window, so the service was good.

Terrible check-in experience. I'm a member and was supposed to get two free breakfasts and a 2-hour late checkout, but got none of it. My request for a 2 PM checkout was denied. The staff at this HUAZHU JI HOTEL had bad service attitudes, the facilities were old, and the hygiene was poor. All they cared about was making me scan QR codes to download various apps, with absolutely no real service.

We love this hotel so much this is what we liked, such as a friendly staff member, a delicious breakfast, or a great view. The room was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

very nice hotel. Looks to be a bit far from the next metro station but the way to there is well paved. So no issues, even if you need to carry luggage with you. Going to Tianhe will take you approximately 45 minutes by metro.
