JOURNEE Hotel (Guangzhou Sunac Resort)

When visiting Sunac Land, we drove directly to the parking lot of Building 6 and went up to the 7th floor to check in at the front desk. The front desk felt more like a cafe and bakery counter, truly an ideal setup. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful. You can pre-order bread for the next morning from them, and the two drinks were freshly made. Overall, a very satisfying stay. The smart room features, controlled by 'Xiao Du' (AI assistant), were very convenient and easy to use.

The rooms are beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean. The environment is nice, and the service is excellent. They offer free coffee, and they even booked a room for someone I know, who was very satisfied. The kids loved it, and we'll definitely book this place again next time.

Our main activity this trip was playing at the water park in Sunacland. Staying here was very convenient; it's just across the road. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and polite, especially Xiao Meng, who had a lovely smile. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

The location is great, right opposite Sunac Mall, within a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient. However, there's a lot of road construction nearby recently, so it's a bit dusty outside. The room itself is generally good and quite clean, with no strange odors. They offer free laundry and drying services, but during holidays, you might have to wait a while if it's busy. I originally booked a twin room, but perhaps the front desk lady saw me traveling alone with two teenagers (taller than me!), and felt it was tough, so she upgraded me to a family room, hehe! However, the room isn't very big, so the air conditioner blows directly onto one of the beds, which might get uncomfortable if it's on for too long. The room came with two complimentary breakfasts, consisting of bread + coffee/freshly squeezed orange juice. I didn't have high expectations since it was free, but to my surprise, the bread was quite good and looked appetizing. It was a pleasant surprise, so I even ordered an extra portion. Thanks to the attentive service of the two front desk ladies, they really made this trip even better!

I was very satisfied with the hotel's room service, sanitation facilities, and food. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional; the front desk guy was always happy to help guests with any issues. The sanitation facilities were also very clean, but there was always a sewage smell in the room.
