Echarm (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Ximenkou Subway Station)

Nice and quiet stay next to subway. Clean hotel with spacious room. Friendly staff. Quick check in. A lot of restaurant options around. Decent breakfast too! I recommend.

When I first arrived in the hotel, I was greeted by friendly staff members who ensured we had a comfortable stay. The hotel room itself is quite modern and clean, including complimentary drinks with different facilities such as laundry and breakfast. This hotel is very enjoyable and great if you're traveling with family or even alone as it feels very safe, warm and luxurious for an affordable price. I recommend this to anyone coming to China.

The property is situated in a convenient location, close to Ximenkou Station. The service is very good and the staff are very accommodating. It is also near many shops and restaurants, particularly those catering to the local community in Guangzhou. The amenities are pleasant, but occasionally a foul smell seeps into the corner of our room.

The hotel’s location was perfect for getting around. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious enough to relax in. Service was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was simple, but fresh and tasty (especially the beef ball noodle)– just what I needed to start the day. Overall, a very good experience. Would stay again.

Customer service was top notch. They helped us sort out our taobao parcels and stored them safely till we collected them. ******* orders also got delivered to our room via their robot. Free bottled water and you can request for more everyday. The room was big, but the bed wasnt that big to comfortably sleep 2 pax (who are not a couple). toilet was spacious and comes with a bidet, shower room separated from toilet by a door which helps keep the toilet dry. The hotel has washing machine, detergent and treadmills too. Downside is that its not really near beijing lu, definitely need to didi out. Also got bitten by mosquitoes in the lobby and first day in our room because we realised they left the window open.

The Echarm Hotel was a great choice for our stay. Its location is convenient just a short distance from Beijing Pedestrian Road, with Ximenkou Station being the nearest metro access point. I’d especially like to commend one of the staff members, 小邢, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our visit. They assisted my family in arranging transportation to Qingyuan and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and dedication regularly checking in to make sure we were satisfied with our room and overall experience made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we truly appreciated the excellent service and support.
