服務是真的差，住三天一次都沒來搞過衞生，兩點鐘入住房間衞生也還沒弄好，最噁心的還是紙巾牙膏沒了，整整三天，一次都沒來添過紙巾和牙膏，沒必要這麼扣吧，而且我還打了電話，專門去前台告訴他沒了依舊不拿真的噁心吐了

在廣州有免費停車還算不錯，衹不過周邊環境不是很好晚上比較吵，隔音不是很好。樓上洗澡的時候衞生間裏面下水的聲音特別大，晚上很容易被驚醒。建議酒店修一下
