Excellent! I've booked this hotel many times. The service is fantastic and very personalized. They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which makes it far superior to other hotels in the same category.

Exceeded my expectations, what a pleasant surprise! The smart features, especially the 'Xiaodu' smart assistant, were incredibly convenient and gave me such a sense of ease. The subway station is right next door, and there's a musical fountain downstairs – I didn't expect it to be so good! There's also a food stall upstairs and '13 Tang' nearby, so delicious food and fun are all within reach, it's just so convenient. The cleanliness was great; I consider myself a bit of a clean freak, but I found it perfectly acceptable. The bathrobes were comfortable too. The room was spacious, with a large sofa and a small round table. My favorite feature was the screen mirroring – it was so easy to connect and cast directly, no need for a VIP subscription! Oh, and the breakfast buffet was also a perfect 10. Aki's service was warm and attentive, making my entire stay comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

This hotel is excellent! They called me the morning of my arrival to confirm everything. They also provided airport pick-up, which was a huge help since my flight arrived late. When I got there, they even extended my check-out time, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious and felt very open, with smart controls for everything. The hygiene and overall environment were good, and it offered great value for money. All the staff were very friendly. Plus, there's a cafe on the first floor where you can grab a coffee. I'll definitely be back!

Our stay was fantastic! A special shout-out to the kind front desk lady who upgraded our room and included breakfast. Her service was warm and attentive; she was always ready to help, whether it was extra blankets or toothbrushes. The breakfast spread was varied and good. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: Five-star standard. Facilities: The room was spacious, and the shower was a good size too, very comfortable to use. Breakfast: For the price, the breakfast was excellent. I even got to enjoy freshly made rice noodle rolls. And most importantly, they offer a free airport shuttle service – that's definitely a huge plus for me!

Highly recommend staying here, especially if you're traveling with kids and need to get to the airport – the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service. The breakfast spread is also excellent.
