The hotel environment is great, with plenty of good food and shopping nearby. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies are very friendly and professional. The laundry room is also very convenient. Five-star rating!

This hotel is located right in the heart of Sihai City commercial area, which was perfect for traveling with kids. There are all sorts of restaurants right downstairs, and Wanda Plaza is just across the street. The room facilities were also comprehensive, and the cleaning staff kept the room spotless. Every single staff member was warm and friendly, and patiently helped us with any issues we had. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Guangzhou.

I booked three rooms, and the hotel proactively contacted me. Knowing that I wanted all three rooms on the same floor, the front desk made an effort to accommodate my request. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for shopping at Sihai City. The facilities are also good, though the breakfast selection was just average. The air conditioning worked great!

This was my first time trying the Intercity Hotel near my company for a business trip, and it's probably going to be my last. The first room had a broken security chain, so they switched me to another one. Unfortunately, the new room was incredibly noisy with terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people singing karaoke downstairs past 1:30 AM. I had to ask the front desk for earplugs just to get some sleep. Not being able to sleep really ruined the experience.

This hotel is super convenient, located right above Sihai City. Parking is generally easy, though it can be a bit tricky to find a spot during peak dining hours. The room was quite spacious and well-designed for the price. Even though it gets lively downstairs at night, it wasn't overly noisy in the room. I enjoyed the view of the dinosaur park and equestrian park from my window. It feels more geared towards business travelers.

The toiletries smell great. The hotel faces a bustling commercial street, which creates a wonderful ambiance at night. The auntie's service was exceptional, really showing her dedication to the brand (or at least this particular branch).

Great location, convenient for getting anywhere. The hotel staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time.
