The hotel is situated close to everything. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and quiet. No mold, no smell, no traffic noise and the balcony was nice to have on a nice day.

Staff is super friendly, went the extra mile to ensure the best experience especially to tourist needs and queries. Rooms are extremely clean. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed during my business trip in China. Highly recommended.

Awesome service render by the receptionist and everyone. Hotel even provided parcel collection. Very near Canton Tower, fair walking distance to tower.

Hotel location is good..very convenient for canton fair.. service and all amenities are satisfactory..xio Liu and Nana are very helpful and they have taken care of everything in a polite way..will surely return to this place next year..

very nice experience with this hotel. First very friendly staff who help with any query. The rooms are excellent and spacious, quiet and good for rest. It's clean. The beds are comfortable, good bedding. At my symbolic request, I got a room change because I wanted a different view. easy. Breakfast in the hotel is standard and more Asian, it could be a little more European. Average. The location is good, it's easy to go everywhere. You can wash and dry your laundry in the hotel. Everything is simple. I like the room, I also had a small balcony. In any case, the ratio of the price and the received is excellent and I would come to this hotel again. Greetings to the friendly staff

Really nice hotel not far from Kecun subway and Canton expo. Clean, convenient, breakfast mostly Chinese but tasty. Price service ratio just amazing, will come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Guangzhou Lingyue Hotel. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the front desk. A special mention to Xiaoxiao at reception for her friendliness and professionalism.
I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Ling for her outstanding assistance and organization of the shuttle transportation to and from the Canton Fair. She was always available on WeChat, keeping everyone updated and offering help whenever needed — truly excellent service!
The rooms are large, spotless, and very comfortable. Many thanks to the friendly and smiling housekeeping staff who kept everything perfectly clean and welcoming every day.
I highly recommend Guangzhou Lingyue Hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou for business or attending the Canton Fair. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!
