The room was very clean, and the front desk helped us upgrade to a river view room, which had a particularly beautiful view. The hotel and room details were all well thought out. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and we enjoyed it by the window. The gym is a bit small but sufficient. The 25-meter pool is great. We'll definitely come back next time.

Booked this hotel randomly for the FF14 collaboration, and it totally exceeded my expectations! The environment, hygiene, service, and soundproofing were all excellent.

Visiting Guangzhou for an exhibition, this hotel was incredibly convenient for our family trip. They offer a shuttle service, which saved us so much time and effort getting to the exhibition hall. We were also able to request bed rails in the room, making it very safe for the kids. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. The highlight, however, was the fantastic service from Ms. Luo Xiaoxin at the front desk. She was so attentive, answered all our questions patiently, and even arranged a small gift for my child. I booked through Ctrip, but when I used Gaode Maps to navigate, I noticed a price difference of 100 yuan. I wanted to cancel and rebook, but when I asked for clarification, I got no clear answer. When I arrived at the hotel, they said if I canceled and rebooked, there would be no rooms available. One staff member offered free breakfast to compensate, but another stopped them and insisted on checking my reservation details (honestly, even if they offered breakfast, I wouldn't be able to wake up for it). We usually stay next door for our annual exhibition, but this year we wanted to try out the new Courtyard. The front desk service left a very uncomfortable impression. Also, there was a slight renovation smell in the hotel that made my throat uncomfortable (though it might have been the weather). The exterior view is nice, and aside from the occasional door-closing sound from next door, it's quite quiet.

The Courtyard by Marriott Canton Fair is in an excellent location. During the exhibition, you can directly access the exhibition hall via a connected walkway, which is super convenient for attendees and business travelers. The hotel's facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom features a wet-dry separation. Both the front desk and room service are prompt in their responses. Overall, it's clean and quiet. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the gym facilities are comprehensive. The overall experience was very good.

If you're coming for the Canton Fair, you must stay at the Courtyard – it's directly connected! The front desk staff kindly upgraded my room for free. The bedding was so soft, like sinking into clouds – I fell asleep the moment I hit the bed. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high-end. A five-star hotel truly has all the amenities, so I don't need to pack a ton of luggage for business trips.

The hotel is right next to the Westin, with elegant and refined decor. A big thank you to the duty manager, Jahvon, for upgrading us to a river view room – the view was absolutely stunning! The room was very spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast offered a decent variety, and the service was good. I'll definitely be staying here again!
