The pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Being able to do laundry was a huge plus. The service was excellent, and all my requests were met. The bathtub room even came with disposable tub liners for hygiene and bath salts. The late-night snack was delicious too!

The laundry service was a huge plus. In the evening, staff helped with the laundry, and once it was washed and dried, they delivered it straight back to the room. This saved me a lot of hassle, which is incredibly convenient when traveling. The room also had a balcony with a great view. Overall, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities; the 'Zhuju' (bamboo study) allows free reading and borrowing of books, with the added convenience of returning them at a different location. They even offer complimentary late-night snacks, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. The hotel's location is also great, making dining and transportation incredibly convenient. Any issues were addressed promptly, making my entire stay very pleasant. From reception service to room maintenance, everything was top-notch, offering great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and short getaways, and I genuinely recommend it.
