Highly recommended! Special 5-star shoutout to the Guest Relations Manager, Nina! The hotel environment is lovely and very quiet. The night view of the Pearl River is stunning, and the sleep quality was amazing—slept naturally until I woke up. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and Nina was especially caring and detail-oriented, fulfilling every request and making us feel truly welcomed and warm. A 10/10 stay experience, will definitely be back next time!

Great facilities, spacious rooms, lovely views, and good service. During peak hours, it's faster to pick up food deliveries downstairs yourself. Definitely worth a stay!

Both the river and city views are expansive, and the service and ambiance are excellent. The breakfast environment, in particular, is very nice.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Guangzhou City Centre for two consecutive nights, and overall, I was extremely satisfied. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Guangzhou.✨ As soon as I got out of the car, the concierge proactively came to help with my luggage and escorted me all the way to the elevator, providing clear directions to the Sky Lobby on the 23rd floor for check-in. The Sky Lobby offers fantastic views, and the entire hotel had a lovely fragrance upon entering, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff were all smiling and even offered drink vouchers during check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The layout and design were very clever, with sliding doors that allowed for flexible adjustments to the interior, and the expandable space was very practical. When I called for items from the room, the response was quick, and delivery was prompt. Whether it was day or night, the view from the window was truly outstanding. The only minor regret was that during the National Day holiday, the hotel was very crowded, and there were no available tables for breakfast on the first day, so we had to wait. Aside from that, everything else was very comfortable. The overall service was excellent, and the facilities were also very good. I highly recommend it and will prioritize this hotel on my next trip to Guangzhou!

This hotel offers good value for money, but its location is a bit out of the way, surrounded by construction sites – basically on the city's outskirts. The suite itself is large, very new, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, compared to other established five-star hotels, the attention to detail falls short. For instance, there was no bottled water in the gym in the morning, and empty drink cans from previous guests hadn't been cleared. Upon arriving at 3 PM, my room wasn't ready. I was told to come back later to check with the front desk. This is quite un-five-star-like; they didn't proactively inform me, but rather expected me to chase them up. 😂 The breakfast selection was quite limited, and after my room was cleaned, the razor wasn't replaced with a new one. These details definitely need improvement. Overall, you can experience a very good value room that is new and spacious. However, if you're looking for a true five-star hotel experience in terms of service and facilities, there's still a noticeable gap.

The hotel is quite new, and the room layout is great. However, there's still a bit of a lingering smell from the new renovation and furniture. Luckily, I only stayed one night. We received complimentary drinks upon check-in. The hotel just called requesting a good review, and when I asked, they said it was front desk staffer Xiao Sun who specifically wanted to be mentioned. I'm not sure what she did to warrant that, and I don't quite understand why!

Traveling with kids, the hotel area was quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest without disturbances. The room was meticulously cleaned, and overall, it offered great value for money. The pool water temperature was just right, not cold at all, making it perfect for swimming – a definite bonus during our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience.

Staying in Guangzhou from Oct 3rd to 5th. I wasn't particularly interested in many attractions; my main goal was to sample the local cuisine. However, since my elder, before retirement, used to work here, we ended up strolling around quite a bit, averaging over 10,000 steps a day. The hotel, opened in 2025, boasts a very modern architectural and interior design. Upon entering the guest room, the automatic curtains open, revealing a distant view of the Canton Tower, which adds a nice touch of ceremony. The breakfast restaurant has glass curtain walls on both sides, offering a pleasant ambiance. It's worth mentioning that the fishball noodle soup at the very first stall upon entering is excellent; having something warm and soupy in the morning is incredibly comforting. Finally, a shout-out to Lucy at the front desk – she was proactive in resolving issues and had a great attitude. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The room was clean, tidy, and odorless! The river view was beautiful! The location is excellent, making it convenient for travel! The hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to all our requests! Highly recommended!
