I booked this hotel because I was going to a nearby community. The attitude of the service staff was acceptable, but there was a strong musty smell from the corridor coming out of the elevator to the room. The air conditioner in the room was turned on very loudly, but it did not cool the room, so it could not dehumidify. The temperature on the air conditioning control panel showed about 20 degrees, but it could not be adjusted up or down. I stepped on a chair and tested the temperature with my hands. It felt like the temperature of the fan, so the room was humid and had a strong musty smell. I'm very sensitive to the musty smell of smoke, so I stayed up almost all night. The carpet also had lots of stains. Hope it improves.
