The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and efficient. Plus, the surrounding area has convenient dining and transportation options. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I'll be back next time!

The hotel is large, the rooms are clean and tidy, the noodles at the breakfast buffet are pretty good, the service of the lady at the counter is warm and thoughtful. It was already early in the morning when we arrived, and she was very considerate to upgrade the room type. I slept comfortably all night.

I booked a 2.4-meter audio-visual room, wondering if it was two 1.2-meter beds joined together. Upon arriving, I saw that it was indeed the case. The gap between the two smaller beds was uncomfortable when I slept; it was worse than a 1.8-meter bed. I suggest this be clearly stated on the hotel details page. The hotel is older, and the soundproofing in the rooms is poor. I could hear people watching shows and listening to music in other rooms, but thankfully the noise died down after a while. The sheets were clean, and the staff were friendly. They extended check-out until 2:00 PM and even called to remind me when it was time, which was very thoughtful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, especially in the evening, making it very convenient for eating. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

When I checked into the hotel a few days ago, I met a very nice front desk lady with job number 001. She was warm and considerate. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to come to Nancun.
