ECHARM HOTEL(Huadu Plaza store)

I got a room upgrade to the second floor. My room faced the street, and while there was some street noise, it was still relatively quiet. However, late on weekend nights, around 1 or 2 AM, I was woken up several times by laughter and chatter from what sounded like another room, coming through the window. I was too tired to get up and check. The cleanliness could be better, especially the details; there was a lot of dust on the bedside light switch, which was very noticeable under the overhead light. It's close to the subway, and overall, the value for money is decent.

Our stay exceeded expectations. The room was clean and spacious with well-maintained facilities and excellent hygiene. The staff were polite and responsive. The environment was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was easy to find and convenient for both transportation and shopping. Definitely good value for money and highly recommended.

The hotel environment is great, and it's conveniently located with good breakfast. There are many restaurants nearby. I even got a haircut! The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel front desk staff! They were so patient, kind, and had the sweetest smiles. Check-in was super efficient, and they answered all my questions thoroughly. My room was spotless, the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. Both the cleanliness and service quality were top-notch. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during my stay. Highly recommend!

Pretty good, no issues. The breakfast was nice, and the location is great too. There's a night market, supermarket, and food street nearby. It's close to the subway station, and the price is very reasonable.

The E-Shang Hotel is surrounded by a great variety of supermarkets, markets, and snack streets. The hotel service itself is excellent; the staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with separate areas for washing your face, brushing your teeth, and showering, which is very convenient. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection is too limited and repetitive, with the same few items offered every day. The breakfast staff also seemed rather unfriendly in the mornings, never greeting guests. After 9 AM, the food selection dwindles, and refills are slow. I hope they can improve this aspect.
