This is one of the best hotels and services I’ve experienced during my international travels. This was my first trip to China, and I was quite worried at first. However, Mao Mao — I believe she is the manager of customer service — made my stay truly exceptional. She is one of the best people I’ve ever met in hospitality. From start to finish, she provided guidance and made sure I was always comfortable.
I genuinely felt at home while staying here. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to commute anywhere. The breakfast was also the best I’ve ever had in any hotel, even compared to those in my home country.
It’s a wonderful place to stay, especially with family, and I highly recommend it. I’ve already decided that I’ll stay at the same hotel whenever I visit Guangzhou again.

It is nice location, very close to pier and Canton tower and there are some good restaurants and markets near by. However, it is 45-50 mins from International airport.
