The hotel was fairly good, and the staff was cooperative. While my room was clean and tidy, there were some surprising issues that seemed to have been overlooked. One significant concern was that the room appeared to have been designed for two beds but had been converted to a single queen bed by combining two beds. This was a bit strange, as the electric outlets were positioned in the middle of the bed, which could pose a serious danger when using chargers. If the hotel management intended to convert that room into a queen bed arrangement, they should have addressed this issue more effectively. Another major blunder was an electrical outlet hanging directly behind the toilet seat. This is particularly negligent, considering that it is in an area where there is a high risk of electric shock due to water presence. The hotel management really needs to fix these issues. It shouldn't cost them a lot of money, especially considering that they charge enough for their services. It is their responsibility to ensure guests feel secure during their stay.

It was too far away from my thought of tianhe Smart city is totally different area But very clean and nice staff I had to check out and move to other one since it wasnt convenient for me

Service is friendly, and location is close to both the Vanke mall nearby and the plaza of companies up north. A new spa/massage opened right next door, which is very convenient. Main issue with this hotel is that the entire place reeks of smoke. I woke up with a cough after my first night, and I was constantly nasally congested and having allergy attacks due to the smoke. People smoke indoors in the hotel lobby and in front of the front desk, and just leave their cigarette butts in the ashtrays or even just on the floor. Service was friendly though, and they let me switch rooms after the first night and visit multiple other rooms to see for myself which smelled the least offensive, and they let me move there

The hallway and room had a strong smell of formaldehyde. The air conditioner, which had been running for a long time, was slightly better. I saw a housekeeper passing by and asked her if the place was newly renovated. She said it wasn't new, but only two or three years old. How could it smell this bad in two or three years? So how much of a formaldehyde problem would that be? 😂 When I was showering, I noticed the shampoo and shower gel dispenser could be opened. I remember staying in other Elong hotels where you couldn't open them. Isn't this just canned?! I was so scared that I had to dry-clean it. The pillows were also terrible because I woke up dizzy in the middle of the night. 😔 I really don't want to recall this anymore.

The ceiling light of the king-size bed room I chose at first was not working, so I was changed to a twin-bed room. However, there were so many mosquitoes in the twin-bed room, like in Jurassic Park. I contacted the front desk and they replied that they could only provide mosquito coils. Later, I bought an electric mosquito swatter to kill the mosquitoes. Except for the many mosquitoes, everything else was satisfactory.

A friend recommended this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was so welcoming. She came over from a distance to help with the luggage. I checked in smoothly and was very considerate to remind me of the breakfast time and location. I felt better when I entered the room because I saw the pink decoration. The room was very big and I prefer pink.

Stayed here for two days and had a great experience. The front desk clerk was friendly and quick to check in. He also introduced the hotel facilities in detail. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and I had a great rest at night. The breakfast was also rich in variety and very satisfying. I will choose this hotel again if I have the chance in the future!
