First they refused me to check in and when I asked them why not they told me that they were not allowed to have foreigners but after checking my id card of university they eventually allowed me, travelling with kids is not easy. The condition of towels were worst.

離動物園地鐵站巨近，出門過個路口就到了，位置滿分
內部環境還過得去，配套設施有點簡陋，衹提供了一次性拖鞋卻沒有地巾，提供了浴巾沒有毛巾，電視壞的，打開了一直轉圈用不了

酒店地理位置不錯就在越秀區的中心，旁邊就是天河區去哪裡都很方便，因為旁邊就是地鐵和公交車動物園也在旁邊前台服務也很到位很熱情，性價比不錯的一次

房間很一般，窗户太小顯暗。優點是位置近動物園，首頁着重寫的新疆棉床品實際和小旅館的沒區別。
床頭燈閲讀燈沒有一個能點亮，不知道是不是能省電費。

房間還算可以，帶娃挺方便的，離地鐵比較近，而且去動物園方便，就是廁所濕了太滑，自備拖鞋好點，外賣沒辦法上樓比較不方便，其他都不錯，自己帶了一次性床單那些
