The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, patiently answering all our questions and making us feel very welcome. Downstairs, there's a whole street full of food options, making it super convenient for both getting around and dining. Great value for money, highly recommend!

Overall it was good. They knew we were wheelchair users and helped us change to a bigger room. However, the bathroom was limited and I still couldn't get in. Everything else was good. The room was spacious and clean.
