Hangu International Apartment(Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town Guangzhou Tower)

This apartment is good value for money. It’s clean, modern and not too far from the center. Small detail is that we requested a non smoking room, but at first were assigned a room that did smell of smoke. However after contacting the lobby they gave us a room that smelled fresh. Would recommend.

We booked this stay because of the in unit washing machine and ended up being so impressed. It looked just like the pictures and was super clean. We had a lot of questions and a lot of ******* orders and the front desk staff was so helpful. We had cleaning and new towels everyday. In some ways you can see the aging in the place. A few scuffs on the wall, small holes in the blanket, a bit of discoloration in the shower. But none of it showed a lack of cleanliness. It was honestly one of the cleanest stays we had. We’re also super sensitive to smoke and booked a non smoking room. Not even a whiff of smoke. We would easily stay here again.

Wonderful view from the top, usually crowded but easy to get the view of the city. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shanghai for the first time.

The room had a washing machine with an integrated dryer, which was nice. The soap was also already available. Take care that without the room key the fridge and the washing machine also switch off, but you can ask at the reception for an extra card
