Room is big and spacious, we got a nice city view! The plus point for us was the free laundry service, that was super helpful as we stayed here for a week. Location is great as well, it’s directly connected to a mall and within walking distance to many other malls/shops. Definitely recommend!

We liked this hotel so much that we entended our stay by 2 nights. Please see my previous review: One and One International Hotel and Apartment is in a great location, just above A- Mall and Gongyuan Qian metro station It is a few minutes walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian street which makes it perfect for shopping and trying out the local eateries. Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our baggage for a few days when we travelled to Shenzhen. The room was very spacious and as we were on floor 18, the view was great.

Great, very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, the environment is very nice, and the facilities are complete, including a mini-fridge. The staff are very good, and there's someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. The subway station is right downstairs, which is very convenient for getting around.

Great Location. Just seconds away from the main shopping belt. There was a 东圆烤鸸 2 minutes walk away which was fantastic as well. Service provided by hotel was excellent and they help arrange delivery for an item i left behind in the hotel all the way to the airport. Room was spacious and it comes with a huge projector TV too. Highly recommend 👌

Soundproofing is bad as we can hear next room on off their switch on walls. We also can hear ppl closing their doors. We live on level 21 and yet we can hear all the car honks beneat

The room is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The receptionist Xiaomin is very helpful and answered all our queries regarding outdoor travelling.

The hygiene was excellent, and all kinds of daily necessities were well-provided. The location is convenient for transportation, with many dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.
