Every issue you raised exposes serious shortcomings in our management and service, which we have taken very seriously and are immediately taking corrective action to address. Regarding your complaint about "the room not being cleaned for four days and the sheets and duvet covers not being changed," this is completely contrary to our service standards. We have immediately checked the housekeeping service records for that shift and have taken serious action against the responsible personnel. Regarding the issue of "torn and old towels," we have urgently inventoried all linens and replaced all towels and sheets that do not meet our standards. Regarding the issue of "unfriendly staff and perfunctory responses," we have organized service etiquette and communication skills training for all staff, requiring each staff member to respond to guests' needs with enthusiasm and professionalism. Regarding the service attitude issue you encountered, we have criticized and educated the relevant personnel and will establish a service supervision mechanism to ensure improved service quality. As for the "stinky smell outside," we have contacted the property management and sanitation departments to conduct a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the surrounding sewers. We have also strengthened ventilation and odor removal measures within the hotel to strive to create a comfortable living environment for our guests. Your criticism is our motivation for improvement.
