The location is super close to the high-speed rail station; you can see it right from the exit. Before arriving, I asked the host about the check-in process, and they gave me detailed instructions so I wouldn't get lost. The surroundings are good, and there's a convenience store nearby.

The actual room looks nothing like the pictures the hotel provided; it's a completely different story. It felt like a total bait-and-switch. We were so exhausted from traveling with our child that we couldn't even move, otherwise, we would have definitely switched hotels. I would have given at least four stars if it had just been a bit cleaner, but this place really doesn't deserve it. Just a heads-up to everyone so you don't fall into the same trap.

The location is really good, and the service is great. The facilities inside are quite comprehensive, with a washing machine, fridge, induction cooker, and so on. The soundproofing is also good. It's just that some of the facilities are a bit old.

No service to speak of, facilities are old and basic. The price is acceptable for Chinese New Year, but it's really just for a shower and a bed. Wouldn't recommend and won't stay again.

Across the street from the train station. Amazing location. Walkable to the central shopping malls. Owners are so welcoming and kind hearted. The unit is very large but needs a little bit of minor repairs. Was clean. Would stay again.

The apartment was not as nice or remodeled as pictured. That said, the location and view were excellent, so it wasn't a big deal.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay. Despite booking a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking one. The room was filthy—there was a half-used water bottle, cockroaches in the room, toilet, and even at the check-in counter. The electronic door couldn’t lock properly, making it very unsafe, especially for female guests. The fridge was completely spoiled and looked like it hadn’t worked in ages. This homestay is highly unhygienic and insecure. Stay at your own convenience if location is your priority.

Location is good, very close to Guangzhou East station. Do not try to use exit B1 if travelling with large/heavy luggage as there are basically only stairs.. a lot of them; try and use the exit for the high speed rail. Not the easiest to find as the apartments share a building with a hotel. There is no signage showing you where to check in - you'll need to contact the host first via Wechat, where they will provide all the information. You can probably get by with communicating in simple English, but having at least an intermediate level of Chinese will get you a lot further. Only major issue I had with the apartment was that the fridge didn't work and released a very toxic kind of smell whenever I opened the door. I was too lazy to report it, but something to be aware of and report early if you also have that issue.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shantou Old Town, with easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. The cleanliness and service were acceptable. However, the bathroom door design was unusual, as it served both the shower room and the toilet room. This meant that it couldn’t close both spaces simultaneously, which was inconvenient.

The location is OK because it’s near the railway station. it’s not clean at all but on Chinese standards I would say it’s OK. If you are foreigner I would advise to look for some other place if you’re not used to staying in China. There’s an amazing view from the room so that’s a big plus .

Just a bit hard to find, call to get the exact location and save time as the name doesn't represent the building name. Close to the station for quick layover stay and canton tower visit while no hussle in getting to the airport early morning. The host was very accommodating in mid night check in.
