The bathroom light kept flickering, the hairdryer was broken, and so were the outlets. To top it all off, there were even cockroaches! Besides being somewhat close to Canton Tower, this place was an absolute disaster for my trip to Guangzhou. Definitely the worst hotel of my stay.

A truly awful experience - the worst hotel I've ever encountered
**1 out of 5 stars**
I feel compelled to write this review to warn other travelers. This was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience of my life. I have never seen a place so poorly maintained and unhygienic.
The problems started the moment we entered our room. **The filth was everywhere**—floors were sticky, surfaces were dusty, and it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done in a very long time.
The bathroom was a nightmare. **The shower was broken**; it either dripped or sprayed water uncontrollably, making it impossible to use properly. To make matters worse, **there was mold everywhere**—in the grout between the tiles, around the sink, and even on the ceiling. The air felt damp and unhealthy.
The most shocking sight was the **cockroaches**. We saw them in the bathroom and even scurrying near the bed. This is completely unacceptable and a major health hazard.
I cannot stress enough how terrible this place is. Do not be fooled by any attractive photos or low prices. Save your money and your peace of mind—stay anywhere else. We cut our trip short because we couldn't bear to spend another night there.

Very not clean. Has bugs. has dust. Lacks supplies and utilities. AC shut off in the middle of the night. Didn't prepare cash for a deposit refund. Bad service. Would not recommend.

Trip.com, please don’t be allowing every hotel business to advertise or do business on your platform. This is by far THE WORST hotel ever!! No this is good about the place. It smells like dead animal there, the rooms full of cockroaches, zero room service, beddings stink, towels are super old and worn out!!😤😤😤. I got so pissed off!! This is seriously bad, this platform is so much more than that, please restrict some business on your platform!!

I've stayed here a few times and it's mostly for the price. So if you're on a budget then go for it.

Just a place to crash for a bit and it’s like 3 minutes walk away from the US embassy with quite a nice location that’s closer to most things but the hotel isn’t the best but for a short trip it’s all good and budget friendly

I think room needs to be cleaned more. Saw insects flying and moving around. Also the need to pay for air condition after booking room was awful.

I booked a room that mentioned they are no AC and shared bathroom
When i arrived I was surprised that the weather there is impossible to stay in a room without AC so they offer to upgrade it for amount but they didnt show me the room i book it , the. They upgrade for free

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are filthy and very uncomfortable. They have surcharges for everything, including keeping your luggage behind the desk, and even the check-in process has a surcharge. Usually, these surcharges are refunded after checkout, but this hotel did not refund me. I paid ¥210 for a room that was advertised as ¥150. I will never book here again.

It is not good for staying except for the people who are going to US consulate. Because US consulate is very close from the hotel.

Long story short, trust me when I say this, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, better find other options. The only good thing I would say, the location is convenient for the subway station (Zhujiang New
Town line 5,3).
