Grand Hyatt Guangzhou

Our stay was incredibly reassuring and comfortable. The room hygiene was excellent; in addition to daily cleaning, they also offered turndown service. Supplies were replenished twice a day, and the room service was fantastic – a big shout-out to the cleaning staff! The front desk service was efficient, and the concierge responded very quickly. We'll definitely be back next time.

This stay was fantastic! Although the hotel has been around for a while, the hygiene and facilities are very well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for sightseeing. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and thoughtful ❤️ and provided clear directions for the hotel! The executive lounge offers a nice view of the Canton Tower. The breakfast selection was very rich and high-quality! 👍🏻

I first stayed here for a week back in 2010 during the Asian Games when I was a young lad working for the foreign affairs office, hosting international guests. Then, my wife and I spent a night here after our wedding in 2014. Now, with this family trip, it's my third time. What different mindsets each visit brings! Even after more than a decade, the service is still excellent.

The room was spacious, and adding an extra bed was very convenient. The location is excellent, right in Huacheng Square, the heart of Guangzhou, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly accessible. Transportation is also a breeze, with a subway station right downstairs. Both the views and the service were excellent! 👍

I stayed at four hotels during the National Day holiday, including Hilton, Marriott, and others. This one offered the best value for money and I highly recommend it. The location is fantastic with an expansive view. The room features a bright and elegant minimalist decor, and is clean, tidy, and sensibly laid out. The indoor swimming pool is well-managed, featuring both a pool and a sauna, which are bright, clean, and supervised by responsible lifeguards. All hotel staff were professional and attentive.

This has been the most satisfying accommodation experience on a domestic trip so far! When I made the reservation, I noted that it was for a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a cake and some small decorations for us. It perfectly reflects Hyatt's attention to detail and warmth. The room offers a clear view of Guangzhou's famous three towers, and the toiletries are Balmain, which are excellent. Beyond the room itself, everyone from the doorman to the front desk staff was incredibly professional and enthusiastic. Next time I visit Guangzhou, the Grand Hyatt will be my only choice.

I chose this hotel for my stay! First off, the hotel has its own dedicated parking, which is very convenient for coming and going – just contact the concierge to arrange entry. The service is attentive and thoughtful. The room has good ventilation. The bedding is soft and gentle on the skin. The bathroom has anti-slip design. The cleaning is meticulous. The location is convenient, saving time getting to popular spots, and there are malls all around – highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the Zhujiang New Town CBD, which is an excellent location. I've stayed here multiple times during my business trips to Guangzhou. The hotel breakfast is delicious; I always book it when I stay. The hotel facilities are generally great. The biggest issue is the outdated TV. It's not HD, can't cast, and can't access the internet. I urge the hotel to replace it as soon as possible!
