Vanburgh Hotel

It was alright, nothing particularly noteworthy or praiseworthy. The facilities are a bit dated, and there's no in-house lobby bar. The restaurants downstairs and nearby offer good food. Zhujiang Park is also not far away.

The room was spacious and beautiful. Hygiene: The hygiene was very good, very clean. Service: The staff service was also excellent. When the room card couldn't open the door, they were very proactive in helping to open it. There were also about 7-8 bottles of mineral water in the room.

Our stay with the kids was excellent. Xiao Liu at the front desk noticed we had children and specifically arranged a non-smoking floor for us, which was wonderfully fresh. When we asked housekeeping to open the window, they were very efficient – the service was truly on point. Nearby, there's Zhengjia Plaza and Lingzhan Plaza, both offering plenty of activities for kids. Plus, the hotel's breakfast restaurant, Banana Leaf, is on the first floor and serves decent food. The staff even put on a show during our evening stay, which was a nice surprise. It's definitely a great choice for families with kids; our little one had a fantastic time.

I booked a suite, and the room was very spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great views. The room service was proactive and friendly, always greeting us. However, the restaurant service wasn't as proactive, and they weren't quick enough to clear the plates.

The hotel is well-maintained, and as a regular guest, I can attest to its great value for money and comfortable stays. The front desk staff are quite professional, and there are many foreign guests. I'll definitely be back.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. They brought water and offered a variety of pillows to choose from, which was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was extensive, fresh, and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
