Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel

The hotel environment is grand, elegant, and comfortable. The staff's service attitude is top-notch, and the surrounding area is also elegant and convenient for transportation. The room facilities are complete, luxurious, and refined. I'll definitely come again.

The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of Tianhe's central business district, directly connected to Teemall via a skybridge, surrounded by numerous shopping malls. Downstairs is the Tiyu Xilu metro station, offering convenient travel and transfers. A short walk takes you to Liuyun Community, home to a wide variety of restaurants and eateries, ensuring abundant choices for dining and entertainment. It's a very hassle-free stay for tourists. The only minor drawback is that the lobby connects directly to the mall, and with frequent conferences and events, the lobby area can get quite crowded and a bit noisy. However, the guest rooms are quiet and undisturbed, making for an overall pleasant stay, especially suitable for shopping trips or attending concerts.

The location and surroundings are excellent, making it convenient for both shopping and getting around.

I chose the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel for my trip to Guangzhou this time, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is truly a major advantage. The hotel lobby is grand and luxurious, with high ceilings and magnificent hanging crystal chandeliers, creating a fantastic ambiance. The decor is opulent and high-class, giving you that five-star hotel feel as soon as you walk in. The room was spacious and tidy. The twin room had plenty of space, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The window offered an expansive view of the city streets. Guangzhou Baihuo is right downstairs, and you step out directly into the Tianhe commercial district. The subway entrance is right at the hotel's doorstep, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and commuting to various attractions. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including seafood, hot dishes, and sashimi – everything was available. The quality of the prawns, crayfish, and salmon was excellent, and there were so many choices that I left feeling very satisfied. The service was prompt, and the facilities were well-maintained. My only minor observation is that, being in the city center, there was a little bit of city noise from the traffic outside the window, but closing the window essentially eliminated it. Overall, whether for leisure travel or a business stay, this hotel is very suitable. The location is superb, and the dining and accommodation experience are top-notch. It's a worthwhile choice when visiting Guangzhou.

Really liked this hotel. Great location and the front desk service was excellent, very comforting. Breakfast was filling. This is the hotel where my eldest child volunteers. First time in Guangzhou... Will definitely come back next time.
