The smiling lady working at the front was so kind and helpful that she arranged me to check in earlier as my cross-border bus reach the hotel at noon and also upgraded me at an upper class type of room with bigger size.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Huadu Sunac Cultural Tourism City, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. They even offer a shuttle service to all the attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the lake view rooms boast stunning scenery. Housekeeping is excellent, and the hotel's breakfast is fantastic. Plus, their Thai food is genuinely authentic!

My stay at the Guangzhou Sunac G8 S Park Hotel was fantastic! The room service was incredibly thoughtful; they noticed my tea-drinking habits and proactively provided extra bottled water, along with a super sweet handwritten note. The breakfast at the restaurant offered a wide variety, and both the waffles and muffins were delicious. The robot in the lobby was also a cool eye-catcher. Overall, the experience was perfect! The location is really convenient too, just a 10-minute walk to Sunac Mall.

This was my first stay at the Steigenberger Hotel, specifically for Sunac Land. The environment was quite good. On our way to the buffet dinner, our necklace suddenly fell off somewhere between our room and the restaurant. 😂 We only realized it was missing after dinner and were really anxious because it was a pure gold necklace, haha! 😆 We were ready to just cut our losses, but then Manager Chen from the front desk suddenly came to our room, saying they found our necklace. We're incredibly grateful; she was so attentive. The ten male receptionists at the front desk were also very professional, offered great service, and had excellent attitudes. The service at the Western restaurant for the double buffet dinner (used at a designated hotel group restaurant) was also superb. There was a lady there who I think was a supervisor, haha. The room was quite spacious with a lake view. The small detail in the restroom was something even five-star hotels often miss: the tissue paper is refolded by staff for the next guest, showing professional training – very good. Overall, I'm still very satisfied. Next time I come to Huadu, I'll definitely choose Steigenberger again. I originally thought about trying the Steigenberger Grand next time, but I'll just stick with the Steigenberger Hotel; the service was consistently very thoughtful! I'm very happy!

Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Great scenery. Service: Spot on. The hotel was quite satisfying in all aspects. They offer morning tea, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, though the breakfast pastries were a bit mediocre. The only downside is that the hotel's location is too far out, quite a distance from the city center. 😅

Our main purpose was for snowboarding and it was a great stay in this hotel. Location was just a 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was good and love the hotel service so far. The only small constructive feedback is that I would expect this 5 star hotel to have universal power sockets on the wall or to have enough power adapters to cater for foreigners who forgot to bring their own power adapter.

The hotel looks nice and can enjoy nice good . Will consider booking it again

The room was fantastic, no carpets so no funky smells, and a huge balcony which was really comfortable. Although the interior design was pretty standard, you could tell the quality was there with well-chosen furniture and decor. The service was absolutely top-notch, and breakfast was very generous too. I'll definitely be back!

I originally came here for skiing and stayed for one night. I thought a hotel from 2019 would be old, but to my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was just the right firmness, so I slept incredibly well. Both the front desk and the bell staff had excellent service attitudes and proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast was very rich and, compared to other resort hotels, the quality was even better! At 10 AM for breakfast, the staff informed us that they would be clearing up at 10:30 AM and told us to grab more food if needed. This was a great way to remind customers while also considering their needs – the attention to detail was superb, and the experience was fantastic. I must come back again!

This hotel has a classic style. The doorman was very polite, and parking was convenient. It's only a 5-minute drive to Sunac Mall, which was our main reason for visiting Sunac Snow World. The room wasn't huge, but it had a very large balcony. Unfortunately, it was too hot to sit outside and enjoy tea or the view. Being near the road, it was a bit noisy, but closing the door made it quiet. A minor downside was that the room lighting was a bit dim; it would be perfect if it were brighter! However, the hotel's breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and delicious taste.

This was my second stay here, and overall it was good. 1. The location is great. It's about a 10-minute walk to Gate 2 of Sunac Mall, and there's a free shuttle every half hour that drops you off at Gate 4. 2. The service was excellent. For an additional 219 RMB, we got breakfast for two days, an upgraded room, and three free tickets to the amusement park. Thumbs up! 3. Check-in was smooth. We were able to check in around 12 PM, without having to wait until 3 PM. When we first arrived, there were plenty of underground parking spaces, though the next morning the breakfast area was quite crowded. 4. Breakfast was decent. The freshly squeezed juice was delicious, but the only meat option was hot dogs, and beef brisket with radish stew barely counts since there was so little beef. They only had bread-based pastries, no cakes. For fruit, it was just watermelon, guava, and dates. A minor disappointment, I'd say.

I had a very satisfying stay. The service was excellent; I checked in after 1 AM, and there was still someone at the entrance to help me with my luggage. The front desk and concierge staff were proactive and friendly. I had a small internet issue during my stay, and since it was a Sunday, the duty manager in the lobby went out of his way to contact the IT department to resolve it for me – special thanks! The lack of a shuttle bus to Sunac Land on Sunday was a minor drawback, but a taxi was cheap and convenient. Front desk manager Anna even used her own app to call a taxi for me when my ride-hailing app wasn't working properly – I'm very grateful! The cleaning staff were also exceptionally kind and very dedicated to ensuring all my needs in the room were met! I stayed in lake view room 936 from September 20-27. I hope the hotel sees this review and commends its staff. Thank you! I had a really lovely stay at the Steigenberger Hotel Guangzhou. Service was friendly, personable and staff at every position always went the extra mile to help make this a great stay! Lovely views of the surrounding area from the Lake view room I stayed in. Transport to the Sunac Indoor Ski at the Rongchuang Mall is available only during weekends but one can easily take a Didi for around ¥10 to get there if you do not want to walk. That was a great option for me as I was able to gear up then hop into the cab and get there without walking in the heat and humidity. Would definitely recommend the hotel and go back if I am in the area. Stayed a week there and it was hard to leave!

Located within the Sunac Cultural Tourism City, the hotel's location is perfect for guests planning to ski or visit the amusement park, as it's just a convenient walk away. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making the check-in process efficient and orderly. The room design was modern and stylish, spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. I particularly appreciated the clean and tidy bathroom facilities, which made for a great experience. The hotel also has excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options with good quality, catering to both Chinese and Western preferences. Overall, the environment is grand, with comprehensive facilities and meticulous service. It's highly suitable for both family trips and leisure vacations. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
