The room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The hotel is right at the exit of Panyu Square Metro Station, and it's only two stops to Guangzhou South Railway Station. When I'm in Guangzhou for business, convenient transportation is a top priority! This place is super convenient!

The room was clean and the environment was pleasant, although the facilities are a bit old. The ambiance is still very elegant. There's also a sky garden on the 3rd floor where you can relax after breakfast, which feels very leisurely.

When taking shower, it was flooding and took only seconds.  Only air conditioning was too cold, which we can not adjust to warmer temperature.  The whole staying experience was not too pleasant. The only thing acceptable is the hotel staff, they are friendly and helpful.

As I pen this review, the city lights outside my window glow softly, and my thoughts are still immersed in the warm embrace of my stay at Guangzhou Core Plaza Hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in genuine respect, thoughtful care, and sincere hospitality. The warm, polite, and attentive service from front desk staff Lin Xiaofen and He Kezai (whose names I clearly remember from their badges!) left a particularly deep impression. The moment I opened the door to my room, I was truly impressed by the thoughtful details hidden in every corner! And the hotel's buffet offered such an abundant variety that it felt like a small 'food expo'! The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The overall environment was excellent. It will definitely be my top choice for future trips!

I carefully selected this hotel. It's incredibly convenient to reach: from Guangzhou South Railway Station, you can transfer directly to Metro Line 22 for just two stops, without even needing to exit the station. The hotel is right outside the subway exit, literally a short walk across a small crosswalk. It's clean, quiet, and the staff are very friendly. Thank you! This will be my top choice for future trips.

We arrived on a day with a heavy downpour, which later cleared up to bright sunshine. The overall environment was very comfortable for our stay, and the front desk service was excellent. They even helped us with our luggage to the room since we were traveling with a small baby. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Both the rooms manager and the front office manager were incredibly thoughtful and attentive in their interactions. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panyu.

For a 5-star hotel, the hygiene was shockingly poor – I've truly never seen anything like it before! The toilet seat had stains on it. I even took a photo, but it seems to have disappeared!

The room was clean, the location was very convenient, and the check-in staff were very welcoming. A great choice.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Its location is excellent, right outside Panyu Square G1 exit. I stayed for two nights, and it was very quiet – I didn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic, and she was quick to address any questions or issues. Absolutely wonderful service!

Upon checking in yesterday, we were pleased to find complimentary, ice-cold lemonade in the lobby. It was incredibly refreshing, especially in this summer heat. A big thank you also goes to Xiao Bei for readily agreeing to upgrade our room.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The room they arranged for us was very spacious, and we even received complimentary fruit! It's quite remarkable to find a hotel in Panyu with such a distinct Spanish flair, elegant decor, and generous space. Plus, it's conveniently located close to restaurants and right in the heart of Panyu. Everything about our stay was perfect! Thumbs up!
