What a pleasant surprise this hotel was! I was looking for a hotel near the Liuhua Exhibition and Trade Center because I was going to a concert there. Although the information stated it was newly renovated, I was a bit hesitant seeing 'Yuexiu Hotel' in the name, worrying it might just be a superficial facelift. However, all my doubts vanished the moment I stepped into the lobby. The decor and service were five-star! The room wasn't huge, but for just over 700 yuan in Guangzhou, the value for money was absolutely incredible. It even had a small kitchen and a washing machine. The hotel also has a car park, and parking is free for guests. Even though it's in the old city center, Yuexiu Park is right across the street, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Definitely highly recommended!

Decided to visit Guangzhou with friends on a whim for the weekend. This was my first time staying in Yuexiu District, and the hotel's location is excellent – right opposite Yuexiu Park with plenty of great food options nearby. Carole's service was super nice; she quickly helped us with a late check-out. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

It is a good hotel with plentybof food options nearby. The famous Beiyuan restaurant is just a min walk away. The best thing for me is the presence of washer and dryer inside the room. Our room was clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Room has got a washing machine for a small load, can only load in 3-4 pieces of clothes. There is kitchenette but no pots, pans, fork, spoon, chopsticks. Comes with clothes steamer which is really convenient to iron clothes and Dyson hair dryer is amazing. Room is spacious but a lot of wasted space on carpentry that short term travelers will not utilized which results in the room being smaller than it is suppose to be. However, the security lock latch they are using are old school type, and mine was loose and Becos I checked in late, i had to call the front desk at 11pm to send a technician to fix it. Honestly, even after it being fixed, I don’t feel safe as a single female traveller. Even thou it is Hilton, supposedly an international branded hotel, the in room security isn’t as great as the newer 4 star hotels where it is intertwine within the door with a chain lock. Also, hotel pillow is really flat, unable to have a good night sleep. Hotel breakfast spread was amazing, food robot delivery , parcel collection is extremely convenient and efficient.

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The entire staff team was amazing so welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and genuinely kind. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the suite was beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed, from a washing machine and coffee machine to plenty of storage space. The cleanliness was also excellent. A special thank you to Eve and Kia for their kindness and wonderful service 🤍 They also surprised me on my birthday with cake and a small celebration, and it truly made my day so special. The hotel upgraded me to a suite, which was like an apartment with a kitchen, washing machine, and a large fridge. Both the bedroom and living room had TVs. The service was excellent, and they even extended my check-out to 2 PM. Storing luggage at the front desk was super convenient. It's a shame I couldn't try out the outdoor pool because of the wind and rain in Guangzhou later. I also checked out the garden bar, but unfortunately didn't have time to stop for a drink. I look forward to trying a cocktail there on my next stay; it looked very relaxing. The location is right opposite Yuexiu Park, which I assume is a prime spot in the city center, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and other businesses nearby. The environment is quite good. It's also very close to several tourist attractions, just a 10-15 RMB taxi ride away. If I come back to Guangzhou, I'll definitely bring my family here again!
