I was surprised by how grand the lobby was. The self-playing piano's performance was excellent.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was cozy, quiet, and came with complimentary coffee and tea bags. The underground parking lot is huge and free, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the venue. Breakfast was also good.

Our stay at your hotel left an incredibly deep and wonderful impression, especially thanks to the concierge team. From the moment we stepped through the doors, Concierge Cai Lixin's warm smile and professional greeting made us feel incredibly welcome. They not only handled all our luggage efficiently and securely, but also provided thoughtful assistance throughout our entire stay. We also participated in the hotel's parent-child activities with our kids, which were fantastic and much loved by the little ones. I've already recommended it to all my friends!

Visiting Guangzhou for two days, I had stayed at this hotel two years ago and chose to return. The lobby is beautiful, grand, and cool. In terms of hygiene, the hotel is clean, sanitary, and free of bugs. For transportation, you can easily catch a taxi right outside the hotel. Two years ago, taking the subway involved a long detour due to road construction, but this time I found it very convenient; no more detours are needed. It's just a 500-meter walk from the subway exit to the hotel entrance, making subway travel very convenient. The complimentary fruit platter included bananas, oranges, apples, and pears, a rich variety showing great thoughtfulness. The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings food right to your door. The only downside this time was that I booked a standard room, and there was only one charging outlet between the two beds. The other person's phone had to be charged on the desk. I hope the hotel can improve this.
