Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center LN Dongfang Hotel

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance to visit Guangzhou in the future. I'd also like to specially thank duty managers Xiao Peng and Xiao Liu for their incredibly professional and thoughtful service. Overall, my business trip to Guangzhou was made much better by this stay; it exceeded my expectations!

The hotel room was very clean and the surroundings were very quiet. I stayed here because my child was competing on the second day in Building 2. Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are connected by corridors, making it very convenient for meetings and competitions. After checking in, duty managers Xiao Peng and Xiao Zheng proactively added me on WeChat and asked if I needed any help. They directly handled my extended stay for the second day and the buffet lunch registration, saving me a lot of time. Many thanks to them!

The room and the surrounding area were great. After my competition, I didn't want to switch to another hotel, so I extended my stay for an extra night. Stayed at this hotel during a typhoon, and the experience was excellent! Especially impressed by the warm service from duty managers Xiao Peng and Liu Weilun. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the kids had a fantastic time! Definitely looking forward to staying here again next time. 😏

The price was great, so I booked two nights and it was a really good experience. The surrounding area is excellent, with both the upscale, international-standard Baiyun New Town architectural complex and Baiyun Mountain practically on its doorstep. It's also very close to the subway, and parking is convenient. Oh, and about a month after our stay, we received mooncakes from the hotel!

Overall, it's pretty good. The room, although a bit old, was very tidy and clean. The food during our stay was also good, and the kids had a great time.

I usually come here for work meetings, so it's always a rush. This time, I specifically brought my child on a Saturday for pure relaxation, focusing on a slow-paced, chill vacation. We happened to arrive during a typhoon, and the cool mountain breeze from Baiyun Mountain outside the window completely set the mood. The hotel environment is serene and quiet, far from the hustle and bustle. The guest rooms are well-lit and spacious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I must especially commend all the staff for their gentle and heartwarming service: During check-in, front desk staff Yao Sheng and Liu Zhaohan were patient and meticulous, communicating in a gentle and thoughtful manner. They even proactively offered us a free room upgrade, which was a huge surprise! Duty managers Xiao Wang and Liu Weilun, and front desk staff Xiao Wu, were hospitable throughout our stay, promptly responding to any requests. Their sincere and polite demeanor made us feel completely at home. We spent the typhoon day relaxing and strolling around the hotel, clearing our minds. The mountain breeze was incredibly therapeutic. The room had excellent soundproofing, ensuring our rest was undisturbed. The comprehensive facilities, including the pool and sports venues, were perfect for a relaxing time with the kids. I've always appreciated the hotel's hardware and location, but this leisure stay truly impressed me with its meticulous service. It's suitable for both business trips and family relaxation. It has now become our top choice for short family getaways, and we'll definitely be back!
