There are Zhongshan Ophthalmology, American Consulate, Haixinsha Asian Games Park, Guangdong Provincial Museum, Guangzhou Library and Guangzhou Grand Theatre within one kilometer. It is only one subway station away from Guang Zhouta, Sports West and Zhengjia Square.

The staff was very cooperative and helpful in nature .
We wanted steam iron for ironing and they delivered it on our door step within 10 minutes which was very impressive. I'll make sure next time whenever I visit Guangzhou I stay in this apartment only .

The location is practical as it is close to public transports. The amenities are a little old and run down. Balcony and washing machine were a plus.

The lady was very helpful 24/7 through WeChat. Banks, convenience stores and cafes are around.
The only this was that I had cockroaches in my room and generally out was very dusty. I wish they had a proper general cleaning before guest’s check in.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel apartment! The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The kitchen area was a big plus—perfect for cooking my own meals. The bed was super comfy, and the space felt cozy and homey. Staff were friendly and responsive whenever I needed anything. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for a more independent and spacious stay. Highly recommend!

Overall, it’s a good place for friends & families to relax. Staff were very responsive. It’s conveniently located near train stations, restaurants, and markets. However, the area could benefit from some maintenance and updates. Especially the bathroom, the shower 🚿 was an unusual experience (water was coming from all directions).

Hostel was hard to locate as there were no check in instructions on what building and entrance to look out for. You need to know the chinese characters well and be observant in looking out for the name of the place while roaming the small roads. The check in counter is also not obvious, you have to pass through the building gantry and you will find it in a small room amongst other things.
