Langshiyu (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Haizhu Square Subway Station)

This is my second time choosing Longfor Aparthotel. I was really satisfied with my stay; the room was spacious and very clean. It had its own washing machine and refrigerator, and even a dryer function, so I could wash my clothes and wear them the same day.

The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities. The washing machine was super convenient, and the large table was perfect for late-night snacks and playing cards with friends.

The only good thing about this hotel is its convenient location. However, the room facilities and cleanliness were absolutely terrible! The bedding looked worn, the towels were a bit tattered, and the sink had a musty smell with stains all over underneath. The washing machine was useless, and the air conditioner was full of dust. I had purchased a three-night voucher on Ctrip, and once booked, it couldn't be canceled. Thankfully, after speaking with the front desk, they immediately arranged for a cleaning. So, I had no choice but to tough it out and stay. There's no phone in the room, nor any concierge WeChat, so for anything, you have to go all the way down to the front desk on the first floor!

Excellent! The front desk staff, Ms. Tiantian, was very attentive. Highly recommended.

The location is easy to find. If there were a ramp instead of stairs at the entrance, it would be much easier to manage luggage. The elevator requires a key card. Since it's been raining a lot in Guangzhou, the room felt a bit damp. There's a fridge and a washing machine, though I didn't use either. The two large beds are big enough for four people.

The environment exceeded my expectations. The cleaning staff tidied up daily, and despite being close to the street, it wasn't noisy. The room was also quite spacious. One evening, the water heater broke, and the front desk promptly followed up to resolve the showering issue and offered compensation afterward.
