The room was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. I'd give them full marks for their cleaning standards. The hotel's location is also excellent. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, public transport, and exploring various attractions in Guangzhou. This makes it an ideal spot for both business travelers and tourists. Considering the price and overall experience, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. The room quality, facilities, comfort, and general service level were all far beyond what I'd typically expect from a four-star hotel. The only reason I didn't give a perfect 10 is that some staff members, particularly in the restaurant, had limited English communication skills, which occasionally led to minor difficulties. However, this is a very small issue. All the staff were very friendly, polite, and eager to help resolve any problems. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to Guangzhou in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. Rating: 9.8/10

Very convenient location, right opposite the Zoo MRT station. Thanks to service staff Zhao Yan, we were upgraded to an executive room on a higher floor. Five-star stay, highly recommend!

The location is great and very convenient for getting around. The front desk staff, Zeng Shan, was enthusiastic and polite. They even upgraded my room to one with a tea table. Plus, the hotel is right across from the zoo, which was super convenient for visiting!

Great location, very convenient for getting around, right in the heart of Yuexiu District. The front desk staff were polite and arranged an upgrade to a room with a large bay window. The facilities and environment were also good. It's also the only hotel within a few hundred meters that offers free parking.
