The hotel staff demonstrated some level of professionalism and good respect. However, there is room for improvement, particularly in English communication skills due to the international clientele. A standout experience was interacting with a lady manager who effectively addressed our needs by upgrading our room to a non-smoking level. While the breakfast was satisfactory, there is potential for enhancement, such as varying the menu every three days. Additionally, a proper coffee machine is essential for a hotel of this caliber. The cleaning staff was courteous and maintained high cleaning standards. It is recommended that the reception area have a staff member proficient in English communication. The hotel's location near the Canton Fair, city center, and Canton Tower is excellent. Access to shops is convenient. By implementing changes such as becoming smoke-free and hiring English-speaking staff, the hotel could easily improve its rating.

The room was clean and tidy, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly polite. Each time I stay, they even provide two coffee vouchers for the adjacent coffee shop. Highly recommended!

The newly renovated hotel had a faint new-renovation smell, but it was tolerable. The front desk service was excellent; they arranged an upgrade for me to an Executive View King room on a higher floor. Breakfast was also good.

Miss Qingzhao provided excellent service. She called us beforehand to confirm our details, and knowing we had two children, she upgraded our room to one with a 2.4-meter bed and even had children's amenities ready for us. The security was also excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, just a skywalk away from the zoo. Truly exceeded our expectations!

The hotel room was compact but beautifully appointed. Its location is fantastic, right in the city center and very close to Metro Lines 5 and 6, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Definitely great value for money.

Parking is free, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the location is very convenient. I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again whenever I visit Guangzhou!

The guy at the front desk was really helpful. He offered me a discount if I scanned a QR code, and seeing I had several children, he even upgraded us to a king-size room. They have robot food delivery, and the air conditioning was excellent – it even dried our clothes! The zoo is very close and easily accessible. Taxis are also readily available. This was our second time staying here.

The location is excellent, just across the pedestrian bridge from the South Gate of Guangzhou Zoo, with an abundance of dining options nearby. The hotel lobby staff provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. A special shout-out to them for proactively calling to check if we had any needs, and for guests with children, they even proactively asked if we required a family-friendly room setup. This proactive approach truly deserves praise, as I usually have to arrange such details myself. The hotel room itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and bright. The breakfast restaurant had a lovely ambiance, and the variety of dishes was excellent. This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! I'd highly recommend it and will definitely return if I get the chance!

A quiet haven in a bustling area, just a 5-minute walk to the subway. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always greeting me enthusiastically whether I was coming or going. Their service was truly thoughtful. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I believe this kind of genuine care, treating guests like friends, is undoubtedly the reason for their high rate of repeat customers.

This is my third time staying here, and the service is truly excellent! Every staff member is incredibly helpful and friendly. This time, I was checking in alone with my child, and the lovely lady at the front desk helped me take my suitcase up to the room. The gentleman at the entrance also frequently asked if I needed any assistance. I truly felt at home! There are many dining options nearby, and the zoo and subway station are right across the street. If you want to take a taxi to Tianhe for shopping, it's also a short distance away. Every time I visit Guangzhou, I drive and park my car in the hotel's parking lot, then rely on taxis or the subway for getting around. I'll most likely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou!

Having genuinely stayed here, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic; I especially loved the chicken feet! The hotel's location is very convenient, and what's really great is how easy parking is – they guarantee spaces. It was by far the best hotel experience I had during my entire Guangzhou trip!

This hotel certainly lives up to its four-star rating. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service is truly exceptional. I was particularly impressed that even at 9:30 AM, breakfast still offered a great variety, with no signs of them cutting corners as service neared its end. Every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile, which made for a wonderful overall impression.

This hotel is very cosy and warm, the zoo is close by so it is convenient for zoo visitors.
