Rosewood Guangzhou

Very satisfied! My room was on the 100th floor, which is the highest I've ever stayed. The room overlooked Zhujiang New Town and even had views of Canton Tower – the views were incredible! The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave us chocolates when they found out it was our anniversary. The hotel's decor is also very unique.

Decided to stay at the hotel on a whim! **Cleanliness:** Super clean! Everywhere I looked, even the walk-in closet, was dust-free! That's really impressive! **Environment:** Located in Guangzhou's CBD, directly opposite the Canton Tower. It shares a parking lot with K11, and it's very close to Taikoo Hui and other shopping malls by car. **Service:** Excellent service. I added the butler's WeChat, and they upgraded me to a room with a direct, first-line view of the Canton Tower and the river – huge thanks to Sophia! They also promptly recommended the hotel's dining services, which was very convenient! Parking is also super easy; you can park on B4, and once you see the hotel sign, you can take the elevator directly to the 1st floor. Just tell the hotel your license plate number before you leave. **Facilities:** The lobby is on the 95th floor and features Chinese and Western restaurants, a bar, and a teppanyaki Japanese restaurant. There's also a swimming and fitness center, which is fantastic! On the 107th floor, Too High has live band performances starting at 8 PM, and the quality is quite high. Even on a weekday night, it was almost full by 9 PM – definitely worth experiencing. (Docked a point mainly because the hallways are really dark; walking alone felt a bit spooky.)

The service was great, and the environment was lovely with an excellent location. The night view was beautiful, and it was very convenient for getting around. Breakfast was quite rich, and in the evenings, you could go to the bar for a drink and enjoy the stunning night views of the Pearl River.

The hotel facilities are excellent, with high-rise views from over a hundred floors up, giving it a luxurious and grand feel. The staff are polite and courteous, even preparing toiletries for children and calling in advance to confirm room preferences. The room met my expectations perfectly. The duty manager, Tina, was proactive and enthusiastic in contacting guests to resolve issues, handling everything appropriately and to my complete satisfaction.

Checked into the Rosewood Guangzhou for Labor Day, and the location in Zhujiang New Town is absolutely fantastic. It's directly facing the Canton Tower, and I enjoyed a very relaxing drink at the rooftop bar in the evening. My only regret is not booking one of the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurants in advance; there was no availability for a walk-in. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou!

The river view room directly faces the Canton Tower and Haixinsha Island, offering absolutely stunning views! The toiletries were pretty standard, but the service was excellent. I do have to complain about the host at the entrance of the Western restaurant, Patina. After checking out at noon, I planned to go for lunch, but she immediately stopped me and said that during operating hours, it's not open for 'viewing.' I was completely bewildered!

The room was exceptionally clean, and the environment was superb, facing the Canton Tower. This is definitely one of Guangzhou's top hotels. The staff, especially the ladies at reception, were incredibly warm and attentive. Truly an unprecedented experience!

The hotel environment is absolutely amazing. Check-in is on the 95th floor, right next to the lobby bar, and all the guest room floors are above that, offering fantastic views and a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Zilia and Chris for thoughtfully arranging a welcome dessert for me, and also to Nugent Sophia for the meticulous service. My stay was absolutely perfect! 💯

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to K11, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also very suitable for business travel. The check-in service was great, the room was clean, and the view from the cardio equipment in the gym was fantastic.
