When I requested cleaning and amenities, they were provided right away.

My room was very clean and odorless. Great value for money. I could even do laundry. The customer service also upgraded my room for free, which was a nice touch.

The location is excellent, with plenty of snacks and bubble tea shops right downstairs. The hotel's cleanliness is also top-notch. I stayed for several days, and the cleaning staff diligently tidied up our room every day during our extended stay. We could even store our luggage after check-out, which was a huge help. The service is absolutely fantastic! Definitely deserves a big thumbs up!!

Location of the hotel is spot on, it's in a lively neighborhood that has plenty of shopping malls and backstreet full of food. The hotel does have its own laundry room which is free to use but you will need to purchase your own detergent (convinience store is right next door) Hotel room is spacious, I booked the twin bed tupe and it came with 2 double beds and 2 sets of sofa seating. It did come equipped with a kitchenette but I need to buy my own pot and utensils to cook but there is a portable stove and kettle in the room and bar fridge as well. WC and Shower room are separated which is a plus point! Do close the curtains once you go in as the windows do face the opposite apartment windows. It is slightly further from the train station Gangding, takes a good 10 min walk that will have you walking pass a very busy hospital. Grandview Mall and Parc Central is right next to each other and it can be reachable via walking from the hotel if you are up for it. A good 30 min walk.

Extremely convenient location, overall great experience, I'd definitely stay here again. The room was clean and tidy, very satisfied!
