This was by far the best hotel experience I've ever had 🏨. The room was incredibly smart overall, and even the bathroom had motion-sensor lights. Since I had an exam the next day, the hotel staff arranged a quiet room for me. The room had great natural light, and the transportation was very convenient. There were also plenty of delicious local eateries nearby, like pig's trotters rice and claypot dishes.

It was alright, but the basic room type felt average, a bit dark, enough for just sleeping. However, the room I was given had mold on the ceiling. It was room 212. The check-in process was utterly awful. The good reviews were largely fabricated or solicited from other guests. (I've been solicited for good reviews multiple times before.)
1. The front desk staff failed to understand the guests' needs. On June 20th, I checked into room 8209 through the front desk. During the check-in process, I was told not to stay near the elevator, but they still assigned me a room facing the elevator. The room type was extremely poor, and the phone was broken and unreliable. Rooms 8208-8212 also faced the elevator, and the room types were also very poor.
2. The front desk staff was unfamiliar with the staff. After discovering the poor room type and visually oppressive feeling, I was forced to contact the front desk through Ctrip to change rooms.
