房子簡潔乾淨，入住很舒服，房東老廣認證無誤！茶具茶葉一應俱全，滅蚊拍滅蚊燈也很周到。位置便利，出行離地鐵近，離商業中心也很近。角角落落都打掃得很乾凈，房東服務也很周到，主動幫聯繫尋找過夜停車位。

住了好幾天，總體感覺不錯，下次會優先考慮入住這家，説説優點和缺點。
優點：1、雖然是舊小區，但是小區不會雜亂，樓房有電梯有保安，需刷門禁才能上到自己的樓層，比較安全；
2、靠近江南北地鐵站c口，走過去200米不到，交通十分便利，地鐵出口就有肉菜市場，買菜做飯不用愁，一公里內吃飯的地方很多，附近停車過夜40-50一晚；
3、房間如圖片所示，裝修新，乾淨無異味，我有輕微潔癖也覺得很好，洗衣機冷氣風扇電蚊拍蚊香齊全；
4、廚房可以明火煮飯，碗筷調料齊全，有消毒櫃可以消毒，炒鍋電飯鍋較新，不像其他民宿衹是做做樣子，放些不能用的或者掉塗層的做擺設。
缺點：1、房間關門後信號不太好；2、睡眠淺的話能聽到地鐵經過的聲音。

到廣州的時間很晚，好在入住很方便，剛好碰到保安大叔是老鄉，幾天的車位給我們安排的妥妥的，不管是去市中心逛吃還是去長隆玩都很方便，離萬國奧特萊斯步行10分鐘，房間很温馨，而且晚上睡覺超安靜

房間非常乾淨整潔，一進門有聞到消毒水的味道，可以感覺到入住前徹底做過衞生打掃。
房間設計很貼近日常，還有廚房，可以自己做飯，非常適合一家三口，像自己家一樣。
樓下就是江南西步行街，很熱鬧，離地鐵很近，出行也很方便。下次有機會還會選擇這裏！

民宿超級乾淨，地板清潔的十分亮堂，生活用品配備起算。
地理位置好，就在富力海珠城對面，離地鐵站十分近。
如果來廣州旅遊，住這裡是很不錯的選擇。
