以前住還覺得挺不錯的，這次住實在差，前台態度差，拿了房卡後看了房間沙發臟到離譜，下一樓換房間，這態度更差了，換了新的房間後，脱了鞋赤腳在地上走踩到個不知道啥的給我滑了一下，低頭就看到個噁心的玩意，晚上關燈睡覺這燈也是把我給嚇半死。那燈也關不掉，一直在那一閃一閃，我**的！！！這幾年每次到這邊都是住這個公寓，唯獨這一次我是沒有續住的，實在把我噁心了…不是我不想再次換房間，是我開一天車實在太累了，衹想填一下肚子就睡不想在折騰了，還有一個就是前台態度太差了

環境如圖，不是很滿意前台給換了個房間，Wi-Fi也不是很好，衞生很一般，床單上好多不知名的黑點，房間是浴缸沒有淋浴間，廁所有異味，面積還算大，衹能説一分錢一分貨吧。

設施設備很好-空調製冷效果明顯，熱水給力，無線網好用，電視機氣派，服務員很專業，服務熱情，入住辦理快，沒有收按金，衞生情況良好。房間乾淨，布草乾淨，大堂明亮，出行方便，打車方便，商場購物的地方很多，價格實惠。酒店12樓有個露天吧枱推薦各位去打打卡。挺清凈優雅的地方。適合情侶三四個人聚一聚喝點都行的好地方！

差評，住了那麼多年酒店，這個前台態度是最最最最最最最最最最最差的，而且還是酒店的前台經理住了一晚，第二天早上就説沒房了，我住的這一間別人要了，我今天不能住了，叫我收拾東西…建意大家都不要去住了

這個酒店太差勁了，很臟，哪裡都是臟兮兮的，都不敢隨便碰東西，親眼看見服務員打掃衞生，一分鐘不到搞定，強烈不建議來這家，電梯也是嚇**哪種，床上殘留不少毛髮，牆上還留有不明液體，前台服務也是沒法説，唉😔

定的普通房間，會員權益顯示可以免費升級房型，但是費了挺大勁才給升級，攜程客服到是挺好，酒店房型也不錯，但是酒店前台的服務態度有些一般
