Metropolis Hotel Reviews

Response from Property: Dear Guest, thank you for choosing Guangzhou Baiyun Station Jiangnan Market City Hotel and sharing your stay experience. We are delighted to learn that you had a warm and comfortable experience during your second stay with your family: the spacious and bright rooms, the perfectly soft bedding for your comfort, and the quieter interior provided a better space for family time. We also appreciate your positive feedback on the quick check-in and attentive service from the front desk, which we will continue to uphold. We are also pleased that you mentioned you would prefer a room with a chaise lounge for your family of four; we look forward to choosing us again next time you visit Guangzhou, making every visit even more enjoyable and relaxing.

Response from Property: When I saw your review, it felt like receiving a warm letter from afar in this noisy world. You said our hotel service made you feel at ease, and at that moment, I felt that all the hard work of our colleagues had been worthwhile. Your praise of the room's cleanliness and comfort is a great honor for us. We strive to provide a safe haven for travelers in unfamiliar cities, like a beacon in the night, though faint, illuminating your path; our hotel, though small, aims to be a warm refuge when you are weary. Thank you again for your visit, and we look forward to meeting you again in the future and embarking on a wonderful journey together.

Response from Property: Dear friend, we sincerely apologize for not being able to take good care of you. We are also very grateful for your valuable feedback. We will definitely retrain the front desk staff to improve their service skills and ensure their well-being. Regarding the soundproofing issue, we are truly sorry. Due to the holiday season, the hotel was fully booked, and there were very few rooms not facing the elevated highway. Although our staff tried their best to prioritize your needs, we were still unable to arrange a room that met your requirements. We are truly sorry. If you choose our hotel again in the future, please inform us of your requirements in advance, and we will definitely arrange a quiet room for you. We will do our utmost to ensure your room is quiet and provide you with a comfortable sleeping space. Every step of our growth is inseparable from your support, and we look forward to your next visit.
