I arrived at the hotel quite late for my business trip. Ellie at the front desk was very quick and efficient with my check-in. The next day, I had to leave early to visit a client, and Michael handled my check-out professionally. My schedule was too tight to try their heated infinity pool, which is a shame. I'll definitely give it a try next time I'm here.

Booked through Trip.com, got a great price. I called the front desk and they let us check in early, plus we got a late check-out courtesy of Trip.com. Something unexpected came up, so we needed to extend our check-out even further, and the front desk was understanding. Xiao Liang even helped us out for an extra hour. The hotel location is quite easy to find, with ample parking. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the cleanliness is good. The front desk staff was also very friendly.
