Breakfast was good. While waiting for my ride, I also had a coffee at the front desk, and Xiaoyu at reception provided attentive service. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the exhibition center, but be sure to avoid the 9-10 AM peak hour. If you prefer the subway, Gangding Station Exit C is just a short walk from the hotel, and there's a shopping mall across the street with dining options. Overall, the location is convenient, making it suitable for business travel.

First time staying at this hotel and the service was excellent. They answered all my questions promptly, and the breakfast was quite good too. All the staff were super friendly. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance next time! 👍

Front desk staff Xiao Ding was incredibly warm and responsive, always ready to help. It was a great stay! The hotel isn't far from Canton Tower, and you can get there directly on Metro Line 3.

My husband really struck gold with this hotel in Guangzhou this trip! The location is absolutely amazing, just 200 meters from Gangding Station on Line 3. There are tons of restaurants and a food court nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The hotel lobby has a chic and understated luxury vibe – simple yet stylish. Check-in and check-out were both super quick and efficient. While the room isn't huge, it's a perfect example of 'small but perfectly formed,' with everything you need and all the facilities thoughtfully arranged. It was spotless, clean, and tidy, and even the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The staff's service was truly exceptional; we recently stayed at a Marriott Group five-star W Hotel in Shanghai, and honestly, the staff there couldn't compare to the service we received at Citigo. It really made us feel that not only is Guangzhou a great place to eat, but staying here is incredibly comfortable too. What's even more surprising is that Citigo's breakfast goes until 12 PM, allowing us to sleep in and then enjoy a leisurely brunch. This little detail is incredibly thoughtful, as many five-star hotels don't offer such a guest-friendly policy. All in all, our stay was extremely satisfying, and I'll definitely choose Citigo again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

This means there's an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast offers a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes with a wide variety to choose from. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful, always responding promptly. They even proactively upgraded my room, and always greet you with a friendly hello whenever you encounter them in the elevator area.

This hotel is right in the city center, in a bustling area, and very close to the BRT and Metro Line 3—it's practically downstairs. I initially thought it might be noisy, but the room has double-glazed windows and was surprisingly quiet.
