Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Passenger Pay Lounge (T1 Terminal Store)

Arrived late due to a night flight, and it was pretty good overall. The price of almost 200 yuan during the May Day holiday is understandable. The room didn't have a window, which was perfect for me since I'm sensitive to light. I brought my own earplugs and slept very comfortably.

I really liked it! It felt just like sleeping in a soft sleeper cabin on a train, and it was very clean. I didn't mind the lack of a window; I slept really well. Now I have another great option for layovers in the future. Just a heads up, make sure to check which terminal your departure is from. The newly built T3 is seriously far, so if you have a choice, definitely avoid booking anything that requires it.

Located on B2 directly below Terminal 1, this is highly recommended for transit layovers. The 24-hour service was a great experience.

Located inside Terminal 1, it's quite convenient and relatively quiet, especially the inner rooms. However, there was a very strong and pungent foreign perfume smell in the room that made it hard to sleep. Good thing all flights now depart from Terminal 3.

More convenient than I expected! I had an early morning flight from T1, and from waking up to boarding, it took less than 20 minutes (though I woke up late; I'd recommend getting up earlier for a more relaxed pace). The soundproofing wasn't as bad as I thought either; maybe everyone was just quiet that night. Anyway, I was only staying here for a few hours of sleep before an early flight. The restrooms aren't far. The showers are inside, and the water is very hot with great pressure. Inside the shower room, there's a large mirror and three sinks right as you enter, plus another large mirror on the back wall and two hair dryers. There are about three or four shower stalls. You need to bring your own toiletries. They said towels were available, but I didn't see any. Plastic slippers were provided, but I had brought my own.

This is a great temporary stopover, conveniently located right by the subway entrance, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. It's especially suitable for travelers arriving late at night at Baiyun Airport looking for a place to rest. The communal bathrooms are a nice touch, helping you refresh and maintain a presentable appearance for your business trip.
