Good, very comfortable. For the several days I stayed, all food deliveries were brought to my room by a robot.

I had a very satisfying stay. The environment was great and not noisy at all. I don't really know what else to say, but I always stay at Atour hotels. I practically ate my sister out of house and home! 😂

The room was great and well-equipped, though there's still room for improvement. The location was also very convenient for getting around.

The staff were polite and discreet, and any issues were handled very quickly. The facilities are well-maintained, and I slept incredibly well. The room was a bit small and the surrounding area was a little noisy, but Atour's bedding is absolutely amazing – so incredibly soft and comfortable. The eye masks provided in the room were high quality, and the complimentary black tea was delicious. These little thoughtful details really made a difference. I'll definitely prioritize staying at Atour for my future travels. I'd also recommend chatting with the front desk beforehand to request a quieter room if possible; it'll significantly improve your rest and sleep quality during your stay.

Booked this hotel for a conference at Baiyun International Convention Center. It was pretty good; the front desk staff were polite and attentive. It's right next to the metro station, so transportation is very convenient. Plus, there's a fantastic little noodle soup place nearby.

The hotel's hygiene was impeccable. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was particularly tidy and bright, with mirrors shining like new and fixtures free of water stains and odors. It excelled in all aspects: facilities, environment, service, and hygiene, making it a highly recommended quality hotel. For my next trip, I will not hesitate to choose this place again!
