The hotel's location is far away from the hustle and bustle, but very easy to reach 5*
Quiet environment, shaded by trees, full of artistic atmosphere 5**
The hygiene is very good, the room is spotless and the design is unique 5**
The service is better than that of a five-star hotel, and all the staff are smiling 5**
The catering was even more amazing to us  5***
Summary: When I first booked this hotel, the price seemed a little high, but when I stepped into the hotel, the accommodation, environment, design, and catering were definitely worth the price. I will definitely come to this hotel often in the future😎

The surrounding environment has no scenery, the internal pond has not been cleaned for a long time, the water is very turbid, the sanitary condition is average, and it does have a "industrial abandoned feeling".
The bathroom in the room only has half a glass partition, which is quite inconvenient to use.

於廣州市中一間充滿文化氣息的酒店，位置就在珠江旁邊，是一個舊船塢改建而成，絕對是打卡聖地。
我是香港旅客因應開放港車北上而自駕旅遊。但正因此酒店位於江邊，要經過兩個村與村之間的車閘才能到達，其中一個車閘認不到港牌，還好尚可以掃碼入閘，但另一度閘要致電找人開閘。港牌開車出入挺不方便。酒店服務員也盡力協助，奈何無能為力。
酒店環境清幽有格調，服務員的服務非常好。由前台到餐廳，年輕人們誠懇由心出發，泊車費酒店亦補回給我。房間挺大設計也很美。
早餐餐廳男服務員很好，笑容可掬，早餐中西合璧，讚👍🏼
免費下午茶時段因本人外出遊玩，夜晚回來也送上兩杯飲品兩件旦糕作宵夜。
此敞旅程深深感受到國內服務業的進步。及國內新一代年輕人的投入。

舊船廠改建的酒店，十分有味道，文藝範兒的！環境每一處細節都處理的恰到好處，包括餐廳、小院兒…酒店地處江邊，風景宜人散步十分舒服。餐廳出品，有模有樣，味道也很好。值得推薦！

但……體驗感並不好，服務跟不上：退房時前台沒人，好不容易呼叫來一個阿姨，把鑰匙交給她，阿姨説要等前台……等了幾分鐘小哥來了前台沒來，我問交完鑰匙還有其他事情不？他再次呼叫前台……
好不容易前台來了，説給鑰匙就行，我們就走了……然而，出去有關卡，村裡總共設了三五個系統，是的我們的車被攔住了，交費30……
説真的，一千三的住宿，敗給了退房和停車費，而這些細節完全是可以避免的，希望以後改進，為後續入住的客户提供更好的服務
