Very poor service small rooms

Small, old, dirty hotel. Small and smelly room. Old furniture, price is too expensive compared to the quality.

A horrible first experience in Guangzhou which was made even worse by the unbelievably rude, aggressive and unprofessional staff. Arrived at 1:30am and we were told that there were no rooms, even after showing them our payment and booking number. Instead of admitting their mistake and trying to find a solution, the male receptionist angrily shouted at us. To avoid taking responsibility for the situation, he then phoned another member of our group who was sleeping in his room and woke up him to come downstairs even though he also had a completely valid booking paid in advance. When I asked him why he couldn't just apologise and help us relocate nearby, he again started shouting profanities and made insulting finger gestures to me and my girlfriend. What a horrible place and they don't deserve anyone's custom with that level of selfishness. Other members of our group also left the hotel one day early because of the bad rooms and even worse service. Also Trip.com should take more responsibility for listing such terrible hotels on their website instead of just offering a pathetic 200CNY compensation, which didn't even cover the cost of the taxi to the hotel from the airport, let alone make up for the extreme inconvenience caused.

Absolute joke of a hotel and should not even be considered on trip.com. The room was very small and still dirty. There were open garbage bags outside of rooms. Everything smelled of smoke and the personnel working in the hotel were very unfriendly. They refused to check my friend in and kick one out that was already checked in for no good reason. Please remove this option from trip.com as it shouldn’t even be considered a hotel option. It’s a dump!

The staff were average. But I’m astonished on how pictures can be deceiving! It was so dirty, nothing like in the picture!!! Luckily, I didn’t stay there for long. Just to sleep. I think I would have moved to a cleaner hotel.

The hotel is a really good location, however it was not the cleanest and smelled of smoke despite having a non smoking room. Also the walls were really thin.

It is what it is. Recommended if you keep your recommendations realistic.

Location is good but it's not so clean

Clean and sanitary, the air conditioner has no musty smell. It is just across the street from the hospital. The price is affordable and the accommodation is very good. It is very convenient to take care of the family.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Chigang subway station. The room is warm and comfortable. Getting around is also very convenient. There's a bus stop right at the door. Perfect for travel or business trips. I would recommend it to everyone.

Facilities: It has Xiaodu smart speaker control, which is very advanced, and a large screen projection, making it a great place to watch movies with friends. Cleanliness: Very clean, the room is spacious and comfortable. Environment: Comfortable environment. Service: The surroundings are very convenient, taxis are easy to get, and the front desk staff are also very nice. When we didn't have a bottle opener at night, they even provided us with their keys and were very patient.

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is good. It is very close to the subway station! It is equipped with a projector, which is a great experience~

The location is excellent. The surrounding transportation is convenient. There is a subway station a few dozen meters away. Shopping malls and food streets are close at hand. Traveling is easy and convenient.
